Sara Sarres plays Diana in a new musical opening in 2026

Sara Sarres has been announced as the lead of "Diana – A Princesa do Povo", a Brazilian production directed by Tadeu Aguiar that marks her return to Brazilian stages after five years abroad.

The show opens on February 27, 2026, at Teatro Multiplan in Rio de Janeiro, and moves in May to Teatro Liberdade in São Paulo.
